📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Stock and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients.,Prepare food presentation and plating to meet customer expectations.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.,Assist in the preparation of special dishes and menu items.,Ensure all food preparation and cooking processes are efficient and effective.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Assistant Commis Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
