📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the daily operations of the outlet, including stock control and inventory management.,Provide excellent customer service to both customers and staff.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.,Assist in promoting the outlet's products and services to customers.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the outlet.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.,Assist in preparing reports and data for management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or retail environment.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet software.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Ability to work in a team and independently.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
