📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and reporting of audit activities.
• Develop and implement audit plans, procedures, and methodologies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular audits of business processes, systems, and controls to identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor and evaluate audit findings to drive corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational risks and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on audit findings and recommendations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in audit and risk management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in audit and risk management, with a proven track record in leading audit activities.
• Certification in audit and risk management (e.g., CISA, CMA, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using audit software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent.
