📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the company's financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Work closely with the finance team and other departments to support the company's financial goals.,Provide financial support and guidance to department heads and managers.,Manage and maintain the company's financial records and documents.,Coordinate with external auditors and accountants as needed.,Develop and implement financial processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal controls.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
