📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the procurement process, including vendor selection, contract negotiations, and order placement.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Track inventory levels and manage storage facilities to optimize space and reduce costs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure reliable and efficient service.
• Monitor and report on logistics performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
• Collaborate with site managers to ensure materials are delivered on time and in the required quantities.
• Assist in the development and implementation of logistics policies and procedures.
• Participate in site inspections to assess material needs and coordinate deliveries.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination, procurement, or a similar role in the construction industry.
• Proficient in using logistics software such as SAP, JDA, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with vendors, suppliers, and site teams.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and organization.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with construction materials and equipment is a plus.
