📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain CNC lathe machines to produce high-quality components
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC lathe machines
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
• Ensure that all components meet quality standards and specifications
• Work collaboratively with the engineering and production teams
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a CNC Lathe Operator
• Knowledge of CNC lathe machine operation and maintenance
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Mastercam
• Understanding of quality control and inspection processes
• Ability to work in a team and follow safety protocols
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Certification in CNC Lathe Operation (preferred but not required)
• High school diploma or equivalent
