📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from request to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure a steady supply of goods and services.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure the best possible terms and conditions.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement operations and timely delivery of goods and services.,Conduct regular supplier evaluations and performance reviews to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including RFPs, RFQs, and contracts.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
