BOLT Mandiri is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Pontianak. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can lead and manage our restaurant operations effectively. This is an urgent position, and the right candidate will be able to start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage and train restaurant staff to maintain high standards of service and food quality.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.,Maintain a clean and well-organized restaurant environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and supplies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage industry best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field.,Certification in food safety and hygiene is a plus.
