Tanggung Jawab:

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth in the funded startups portfolio.
Identify, engage, and convert high-potential startups into our portfolio.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including startup founders, investors, and partners.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support for portfolio companies.
Monitor market trends and competition to identify new opportunities and threats.
Provide regular sales reports and insights to senior management.
Participate in sales meetings, presentations, and events to promote Stripe's offerings.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the tech or startup ecosystem.
Strong understanding of the startup ecosystem and the challenges faced by early-stage companies.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
