📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify, evaluate, and acquire suitable sites for telecom infrastructure projects.,Negotiate lease agreements and site usage terms with property owners.,Manage and maintain relationships with site owners and stakeholders.,Conduct site surveys and assess feasibility for telecom projects.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.,Develop and maintain a database of potential and acquired sites.,Prepare and present reports on site acquisition activities and progress.,Stay updated with industry trends and regulations related to telecom infrastructure.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.,Minimum 3 years of experience in site acquisition, particularly in the telecom or infrastructure sector.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Proficient in using office software and site management tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian laws and regulations related to property and telecom.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven track record of successful site acquisitions.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
