As an Assistant Captain, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our port activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in maritime operations and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our clients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in managing and coordinating port operations,Oversee the loading and unloading of cargo to ensure efficiency and safety,Monitor and maintain port equipment and facilities,Coordinate with various stakeholders, including shipping companies, customs, and other port authorities,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards,Provide excellent customer service to shipping companies and other clients,Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of port activities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Transportation, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Assistant Captain or similar role in the maritime industry,Strong knowledge of maritime laws, regulations, and safety procedures,Excellent leadership and communication skills,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Valid Seafarer's Medical Certificate and other relevant maritime certifications,Experience in managing port operations and coordinating with various stakeholders
