CV Oryza Kusuma is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate the company's fleet operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the company's vehicles, as well as managing the fleet's maintenance and fuel expenses. This is an urgent position, and the successful candidate will be expected to start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet operations, including scheduling, routing, and dispatching.,Ensure the safety and compliance of the company's vehicles with all relevant regulations and standards.,Oversee the maintenance and repair of the company's vehicles, and manage the fleet's maintenance schedule.,Monitor and manage the company's fuel expenses, and ensure that the fleet is operating efficiently and cost-effectively.,Provide regular reports on the fleet's performance, including fuel consumption, maintenance costs, and vehicle utilization.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of the fleet.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities, including vehicle usage, maintenance, and fuel expenses.,Ensure that the fleet is properly insured and that all insurance policies are up-to-date.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
