📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store, including restocking shelves and organizing displays.
• Manage inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Promote SOZO Dental products and services to customers.
• Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or retail environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of dental products and services is a plus.
• Familiarity with point of sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Must be available to work full-time, including weekends and holidays.
