📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and legal requirements.,Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee development programs to attract and retain top talent.,Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and coaching.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance management.,Administer payroll, benefits, and leave management systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.,Monitor labor laws and regulations, and provide guidance to managers on HR-related matters.,Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes diversity and employee well-being.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using HR management software and systems.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.,Certifications in HR management or related fields are a plus.
