🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Innovation Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in innovation program management, preferably in a local government or community development context.
• Strong understanding of local market dynamics and regulatory frameworks in Bangka Belitung.
• Proficient in project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or MS Project.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
