In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of banquet events, ensuring that all events run smoothly and meet the expectations of our clients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and coordination of banquet events, including event setup, guest management, and event execution.,Work closely with the Banquet Manager to ensure that all events are organized and run according to schedule and budget.,Provide excellent customer service to event guests, ensuring their needs are met and their experience is enjoyable.,Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages during events.,Maintain a clean and organized event space, including tables, chairs, and other equipment.,Assist in the cleanup and breakdown of event spaces after events have concluded.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of event strategies and plans.,Learn and understand the company's policies and procedures related to event management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in event planning, hospitality, or a related field.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with event planning software and tools.,Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Must be able to work evenings and weekends, as needed.
