📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and deliver training programs and workshops to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.
  • Create engaging and interactive learning materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and presentations.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify training and development opportunities for employees.
  • Collaborate with managers and subject matter experts to ensure training programs are aligned with business objectives.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their personal and professional development.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of our company's learning and development strategy.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
  • Creative and innovative thinking.
  • Passion for learning and development and a commitment to continuous improvement.
