📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and servers.,Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.,Provide technical support to end-users, including hardware and software issues.,Manage and maintain user accounts and access permissions.,Backup and recover data as needed.,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.,Assist in the implementation of new technologies and systems.,Document system configurations and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,1-2 years of experience in a similar role.,Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking protocols.,Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.,Basic understanding of cloud services and virtualization technologies.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
