📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our pharmaceutical products.,Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends.,Organize and participate in medical conferences, seminars, and trade shows.,Manage a team of Medical Representatives and provide guidance and support.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.,Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in a leadership role.,Proven track record of successful sales and marketing campaigns.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time-management skills.,Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.
