📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and process client invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
• Maintain and update financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero
• Handle accounts payable, including vendor payments and expense tracking
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting for the legal practice
• Collaborate with the legal team to ensure accurate financial documentation for client matters
• Monitor bank accounts and reconcile transactions regularly
• Support the finance team in preparing for audits and financial reviews

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or financial administration
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar
