📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and mentor a team of sales associates, providing training and support to enhance performance.,Implement and monitor sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.,Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking to maintain optimal stock.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Promote the outlet and engage with the local community to increase brand awareness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a luxury or high-end retail environment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and POS systems.,Familiarity with marketing and promotional strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
