PT Astrid Galih is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Retail Sales Consultant to join our team in Makassar. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including retail stores, supermarkets, and other distribution channels.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product growth.,Manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of products to meet customer demands.,Provide excellent customer service and address any complaints or issues promptly.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.,Participate in sales promotions, events, and trade shows to showcase products and drive sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian is required; English proficiency is a plus.
