📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes and customer preferences.,Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.,Ensure all food is prepared and served in a timely manner.,Monitor food costs and inventory levels to optimize kitchen efficiency.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Chef in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Knowledge of local and international cuisine.,Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
