SBS Transit is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Skills Development Executive to join our team in Canggu, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training and certification programs to enhance the skills and competencies of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs that align with the strategic goals of SBS Transit.,Identify skill gaps and design targeted training interventions to address them.,Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure the alignment of training programs with business objectives.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvement.,Manage the certification process, including the development of certification criteria and the administration of certification exams.,Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.,Collaborate with the HR team to integrate training and certification initiatives into the employee performance management system.,Provide regular reports on the progress and outcomes of training and certification programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.,Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.,Proficiency in using training management systems and other relevant HR tools.,Certification in training and development (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP) is a plus.,Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
