📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and recipes.,Ensure food quality, safety, and presentation meet the required standards.,Maintain and organize the kitchen inventory and supplies.,Train and supervise junior kitchen staff.,Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing daily menus.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage kitchen waste and recycling.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to kitchen operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in a high-volume restaurant or hotel kitchen.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Knowledge of kitchen management software is an advantage.,Valid food handler's permit.
