• Develop and implement data-driven HR strategies to support business objectives.
• Lead the collection, analysis, and interpretation of workforce data using advanced analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and SQL.
• Create comprehensive dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for HR and senior leadership.
• Identify trends and patterns in workforce data to predict future needs and optimize talent management processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management to influence strategic decisions.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in People Analytics and HR technology.
• Mentor and guide a team of data analysts to ensure high-quality data analysis and reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing data-driven HR strategies.
• Strong proficiency in advanced analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and SQL.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights to stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
• Certification in HR analytics or a related field is a plus.
