📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage the maintenance and updating of drilling databases using Petrel and Geosoft.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of drilling data to support decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with drilling teams to collect, process, and analyze drilling data.
• Develop and implement data management protocols and best practices.
• Train and mentor junior staff on data management and database software.
• Participate in project planning and execution, providing data insights to support project goals.
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on data management activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Geology, Mining Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in drilling data management, preferably in the mining industry.
• Proficiency in Petrel, Geosoft, and other relevant data management software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
