Maintenance Engineer (Building Maintenance Specialist) - Full-Time

PT. Dharma Putra Sejahtera Abadi is seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team! As a key member of our facility management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal condition of our buildings, infrastructure, and systems. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your expertise will directly impact the functionality and safety of our facilities in Sleman, DI Yogyakarta.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting regular maintenance checks, troubleshooting issues, and implementing preventive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of our assets. You will work closely with our team of engineers and technicians to ensure that our buildings and systems are operating at peak efficiency. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating maintenance activities, ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform regular maintenance checks on buildings, infrastructure, and systems to ensure optimal condition.
• Troubleshoot and repair issues as they arise, working closely with our team of engineers and technicians.
• Implement preventive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of our assets.
• Manage and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures to ensure the safety of our facilities and personnel.
• Work with our team to develop and implement maintenance plans and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to our maintenance processes.
• Provide technical support and training to our team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance engineering or a related field.
• Certification in building maintenance or a related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles.
