📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and conduct squash training sessions for players of all levels, from beginners to advanced.
• Develop and implement training programs that align with the club's goals and player development plans.
• Assess players' skills and provide personalized feedback to help them improve.
• Organize and participate in club tournaments and events to foster a competitive spirit and teamwork.
• Maintain and manage the club's squash courts, equipment, and facilities.
• Promote the club's brand and events through social media and community engagement.
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure a high standard of coaching and player support.
• Stay updated with the latest squash techniques and training methods to continuously enhance your coaching skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a squash coach or in a related sport.
• Certification in squash coaching or a related field (e.g., Squash Australia Coach Accreditation, UK Squash Level 2 Coach).
• Strong knowledge of squash rules, techniques, and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate players.
