📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide excellent customer service to ensure guests have a memorable dining experience.
• Assist with food and beverage service, including taking orders, delivering meals, and clearing tables.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Support the kitchen staff by restocking supplies and ensuring a smooth flow of service.
• Handle cash transactions and manage the POS system.
• Promote our menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure high standards of service and cleanliness.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food handling procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 1 year of experience in hospitality, preferably in a restaurant or food service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with basic food and beverage service techniques.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
• Friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
