📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement business development strategies to drive company growth.
• Manage key client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
• Leverage project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, and AutoCAD to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to build strong professional relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development and operations, preferably in the engineering industry.
• Proven track record of success in driving business growth and managing client relationships.
• Strong project management skills, with experience using tools such as MS Project, Primavera, and AutoCAD.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or a similar professional qualification is a plus.
